HOW IT WORKS WITH YOUR RENOVATION BUILDER MELBOURNE

If you’ve never undertaken renovations before, it can be a little daunting which is why we do our best to make the process as simple as possible for you:

  • 1. ENQUIRE

    Submit an online enquiry or give us a call.  We will come to you for an onsite meeting where we will discuss your renovations, answer any questions you may have, and ensure we understand the scope and vision for your home.

  • 2. QUOTE

    We’ll provide you with an accurate estimate of costings for your renovations, ensuring we keep within your realistic budget.  It’s important to note that material costings are subject to change based on the price of goods at the time of purchase.

  • 3. PLANNING (IF REQUIRED)

    If you haven’t already got plans together, this step is where we get a draftsman, engineer, and/or the council approval parts organised, so your renovations go as smoothly as possible and are all done above board.

  • 4. RENOVATIONS WORK

    Here’s where we do the hands-on work.  Our highly skilled team will be onsite working to deliver the fresh new look you’ve been dreaming of for your home.  

  • 5. AFTER RENOVATIONS SERVICE

    You are never just a number with Built to Last Homes.  All of our workmanship is backed by a 7 year warranty and friendly customer service.  We are here to help well beyond the completion of your renovations.
